By accessing or using EqhoIDs (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EqhoIDs provides an API-based platform that provisions communication identities (Telegram, email, webhooks, and other channels) for AI agents. The Service includes API access, dashboard, SDKs, and related documentation.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Paddle (our Merchant of Record). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Usage beyond plan limits may result in service throttling.

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

Each plan includes defined limits for agents, messages, and API calls. Exceeding these limits may result in HTTP 429 responses. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the API.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you create or transmit through the Service, including agent configurations and message content. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EqhoIDs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Intellectual Property

The EqhoIDs platform, including its name, logo, API, documentation, and all related software, is the intellectual property of EqhoIDs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent. You retain full ownership of your data and content processed through the Service.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through the courts of Istanbul, Turkey. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
